What Our Athletes Say
Hear from our incredible clients who are building at lightning speed.
After a near fatal accident, Kristen’s in-depth acumen of the human body was instrumental in getting me back on my feet (literally). Her passion in fitness combined with her charismatic charm made getting back to my old self far more enjoyable than I thought it would be. I would highly recommend Kristen’s training services to anybody looking to improve their physical wellbeing.
Combining strength training with personalized run coaching has completely changed things for me. My knees feel solid, my pace keeps improving, and I’m actually excited to show up for each workout and see what I can do next.
Kristen was extremely attentive to what my training goals were. She was able to accommodate my training schedule into my work/life schedule effortlessly. She checked in on a weekly basis and when it was time for my race I was able to do it with ease thanks to her training program and constant attentiveness to what my goals were and how my body was responding to the training.
I really enjoyed working with Kristin. She created a strength plan tailored to help me prepare for my upcoming race. We regularly reviewed what was working needs adjusted. I would highly recommend working with her!
Having a coach like Kristen is a must In my eyes. Before having her as a coach she was a constant motivator through the example she set in the running community. “Not easy, always worth it” mentality kept me going on hard days and was the push I needed to stay on track. Her insight on my hard days were always appreciated because I def needed it. Having someone by your side during training is a must but having Kristen is a no brainer.
The mix of strength and running is unreal. Knees feel better, pace is quicker, and I actually enjoy long runs now.
